Very easy to work with. They are good at communicating and did a great job on a house I had for sale. They ran into some issues with the roof but kept me informed and also sent pictures of extra items that needed fixing. I appreciate them and would use them again. They were also affordable

They have been very helpful and patient over the past year while I was deciding on vinyl siding. I had a million questions and they were always quick to answer. They were also willing to work within my budget.

We had a good experience with 260 Roofing and the roof repairs they did for us after wind damage. Good communication, a clear quote, punctual repairs, and a very reasonable price. We'd be happy to have 260 Roofing do additional work for us again if ever we need it.

TL:DR - As a construction Superintendent, I'd choose 260 Roofing every time.

I shopped around 8 different roofing companies back in March 2026 while I was working out of town. Nick was the first one to get back to me with a quote in the same week. 2 more sent quotes after a week. 2 gave me the run around, 2 never responded.

Nick was very easy to work with and responded timely and without pressuring me to choose 260. I held off until October 2026, last week to be exact.

Cole contacted me with the date scheduled. They showed up when scheduled, completed the work without disruption to myself or any neighbors (cul-de-sac life). They laid down tarps, cleaned up all scraps, and ran a magnetic roller through the yard to pick up any nails.

After the job was done, Cole sent me 15 pictures of the work and continued to communicate very efficiently.

Another excellent experience with 260 Roofing! Last year they installed a new roof on our house. This project was to build a roof over our existing deck. Despite delays beyond their control, the work proceeded as quickly as possible. The results are great! I highly recommend 260 Roofing for all your home construction needs. They are easy to work with and do quality work.
